In an ABS-CBN interview, the presidential sisters were one in defending the non-appearance of their brother during those critical weekend when Cagayan de Oro and Iligan were being battered by strong torrential rains brought by Typhoon Sendong. Malacanang just admitted that Pnoy was out partying with PSG officials and men and was even said to have laughed hard when sexy and sultry actress Valerie Concepcion cracked jokes.
